Here is a pictorial of how we spent our Thanksgiving. We celebrated Thanksgiving Day with Alan's family. We then spent the remainder of the holiday with our dearest friends, the Reavis'. We had a great time with them. Among other things, we shopped, visited the Festival Of Trees, enjoyed gingerbread cookies, chatted with Santa, and caught up with some good friends and stuffed ourselves at Incredible Pizza. Oh, we also delivered a cute little four legged friend to Brenda for her "32" birthday. It was a great few days of good food, awesome friends and some fun memories. We hated to see it end. That was evident in the tidal wave of tears that flowed when we had to say good-bye. That part is never easy.

Clayton patiently waiting to eat.

Sophia and Jay waiting not so patiently to eat.

Sophia thanking God for our meal.

Clayton and his best friend, Abigail.

Caden enjoying his gingerbread cookie.

This gingerbread man never had a chance.

Brenda devouring her "heavily" iced gingerbread man. Yummy!

Clayton's just about done.

It doesn't take much to entertain these boys.

I think Jay won this fight!
Tanner, Chris and Casper. How sweet!
This group looks like trouble.

Best buds!

That was a fun weekend.. and yummy cookie too. I am so glad we got that picture of me stuffing my face posted. What a shock!! :)
And...of course you bringing me Casper..I am still shocked by this present. The fact that you bought him, trained him, got up with him, did all this for me. I am always in awe of your selflessness. I am not sure how I ended up being so lucky to have you as my best friend, but I am sure glad about it.
Love ya,
Brenda
Funny, I was just thinking the same thing about you. God just knew we needed each other. And about the cookie photo...what are good friends for? I think you look great chowing on that gingerbread man.
I hate that we missed spending time with you, hopefully we can get together sometime. I know how much you and Brenda miss each other, I am missing my BFF in the worst way. Have a very Merry Christmas.
